For purchases made in store, we offer 15 days for exchange or store credit with a receipt and tags attached please. No returns on Sale items.
Conceptsreno.com guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 15 days. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or refund. Send us an email at info@conceptsreno.com to begin the return process.
When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original packing slip and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable or returnable for exchange only, please see item page for details. We do not accept returns on items that are in unsatisfactory condition, are missing original tags, or have been washed. ConceptsReno actively monitors account activity for unusual order, payment or returns behavior. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts in these circumstances.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your parcel. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
