Shipping and Returns

In-Store Purchases
We offer 15 days for exchange or store credit with receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached. All sale items are final sale.

Online Purchases
At Concepts Reno, we stand behind the quality of every piece we carry. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any markings
  • Returned with all original tags attached and original packaging

Returns that do not meet these standards will be declined and returned to the customer.

To initiate a return, email info@conceptsreno.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Instructions
All returns must include:

  • Order number or printed order confirmation
  • Customer name and contact information
  • Indication of refund or exchange request

For exchanges, include the desired style, size, and color (subject to availability).

If you do not have your order confirmation, include your name, address, order number, and reason for return inside the package.

Final Sale Items
All clearance, discounted, or marked final sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing & Refunds
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusals & Protection
Concepts Reno reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
  • Refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions at our discretion
  • Investigate accounts showing excessive returns, fraud, or abuse

Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this return policy. Chargebacks initiated for valid, delivered orders that do not meet return eligibility will be disputed with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation, customer communication, and order records.
